The ideal candidate would be a motivated, positive individual that enjoys multi-tasking and handling several projects at once. A contract / temporary Receptionist position, offered on a long-term basis, is currently available at a local company.
How you will make an impact
- Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures
- Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support
- Greeting visitors
- Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support
- Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks
- Answering all incoming phone calls
Requirements
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
- efficient, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
- 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Data entry experience
- Experience with customer service
- Clerical Duties experience
- Foundational knowledge in typing
- Administrative Assistance experience desired
- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
